Come get this book for your son! Your daughter! And that second cousin that you've never met before! This is a wonderful substitute for reading the book longer than the dictionary, The Odyssey! It teaches you almost everything you'll ever need to know about mythology, in an even more exaggerated way than mythology already is! Its like the Cliff Notes for Roman Mythology! Except it's not a Cliff Notes!
This book is, like I said, a good approach to learning Roman Mythology, rather than having some complicated lesson plan, with tons of hand cramping notes and yawn inducing lectures. I learned tons of things I didn't know about what people thought of the gods of mythology. For example, Pan is the god of the Satyrs. Also, if you're a fan of the fantasy genre, this is a great book to look for.
